OrderingPayment Methods Welcome to The Embroidery Resource Store! Here's an overview of our secure online shopping process. All Payments Must Be Made In U.S. Funds. We accept Visa and Master Card for credit card payments. Checks must be in U.S. Funds or Money Orders. All credit card information sent online is processed through our Secure Server. Orders can be placed directly online or sent via fax or mail. The EmbroideryResource.com web site is operating on a secure server that encrypts information, keeping it private, protected, and safe to transmit over the Internet Once you have found a product you would like to order, click the "Buy Now" button. This will place the selected item in your "Shopping Cart," which will be displayed each time you add a product to your cart. You can continue to shop by viewing other items and adding them to your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart calculator will keep track of the amount of your total order and show a summary of the merchandise you've selected. At any time you can change, add to, or delete your order. If you make any changes to your order, click the "Change Quantities" button on the Shopping Cart contents page, and the amount of your order will be refigured based on the changes you have made. If you wish to remove an item from your cart, place a check mark in the box in front of the item and click the "Delete Items" button, then click the "Change Quantities" button. When you are done shopping, click "Checkout" on the Shopping Cart contents page. You will be redirected to the Shipping Information page where you will enter your country (if other than USA) and two letter identifier for your state. Please note that Michigan residents are subject to a 6 percent sales tax on all orders and must enter their state. Failure to do so will result in an incorrect total. Click "Continue to Order Form" to proceed. Review your order at the top of the Final Order Form page, then complete all information on the form. Click "Submit Secure Order" to send your order to The Embroidery Resource. Once your order is received and processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. This confirmation will include an order number. We recommend that you print out your confirmation as a record of the order you submitted. Keep your order number handy as it will be helpful in the event you need to track any portion of your order. We ship via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Special express postage is available upon request and subject to additional fees. Due to the nature of our hand-packing process, please allow us 2-3 days to ship your order. You will be notified of any shipping delays within one week. We pay shipping costs on back orders. Shipping and handling is based on the items ordered. This amount is inserted in the "Shipping & Handling" window.
For Canadian deliveries, add $3.00. Call us at 800-953-7656 for rush orders and express delivery. Payment for merchandise and shipping must be made in U.S. funds. Shipping charges do not include taxes, duties, or any brokerage fees. Other countries, please e-mail us your order and we'll calculate the shipping charges.
